Problems in receiving or sending mail?

Question: I have problems or errors to send or receive emails. What is the cause?

There are multiple reasons why sending or receiving messages may fail.
Each case is unique and can be provoked for a different reason.

To be able to investigate, please open a technical support ticket and send us the following data in text mode (please do not send them as an image) and using the following format:
(It is VERY important that you verify that the data sent is correct and real)

1) Sender's email address
2) Recipient's email address
3) Title of one of the emails
4) Date the shipment happened or the error
5) Error message (if applicable)

You must send us all the previous information.
We ask you not to use generic answers such as: "all", "any", "all emails", "any domain", etc.
We need data specific to ONE (only 1) of the messages sent and with which the problem has occurred in order to search the system for what happened.

In addition, when sending us the data previously requested, we ask you not to chain data from different messages (for example, different email titles).
If you want to send us several examples, you can do it but you must place the 5 data of each one separately.

Additionally, you can attach all the screenshots you consider convenient.
However, the 5 previous data must always be included in text mode and regardless of whether they already appear inside the images.
